Anyone that needs to work on mobility, anerobic endurance and bodyweight strength should check these out!!! If ever you thought yoga like moves were for girls or that you were too tight and uncordinated to do yoga check these out!!!! Flowfit is for anyone but especialy that average couch patato that has never done yoga. He shows you 7 exercises. He breaks each exercise down into 4 distinct phases. Each one begins in an upright postion useing a prop like a bar stool. He shows you how to transition over time from the modified movement to doing it full tilt onthe floor. So even a tight grizzly old #@$%! can work into it over over time. He then puts the movements into circuits he has 4 predone follow along circuits onthe DVD. He gives you his guidelines on freq. and duration and breathing.Just about all of the movements on this tape have some wrestleing or martial arts carry over if you know what to look for.

Forward Pressure is much more agressive then Flowfitt. The Forward Pressure program seems to work the muscles much harder then then Flowfitt exercises and the sophistication of the movments is also higher. I think their was like 12-15 exercises shown on this program. Each exercise is broken down into three progressions so again if you are a couch patatoe or stiff as a board you can still work into it. This program has more prearranged circuits at the end of it I belive.

He says you will recive all of the health benifitts if you do only three workouts a week for 14-18 minutes. I wish I had these tapes 3 years ago!!! I am 6'2" and around 300lbs. If ever you watch "The World Strongest Man" contest on ESPN2 you have a good idea of my build. I am strong as an ox and nodays about as graceful too. When I was younger I wrestled, ran cross country and track and played football a few seasons. I also like to skate, kick box, do judo etc.... I was always busy and was very active. Well as the years after college passed by so did my activeity level. I had two really bad accidents that would have killed most people. I was very inactive dureing and after my recovery. I soon went from being super active to being super couch patato. Even when I decided to get back into shape I found it diffacult. I just did not move like I used to. I knew I wanted to get back into wrestleing and Mixed Martial Arts. I also knew though that my dynamic mobility and kinestitic awarness were not up to par to be competitive. After watching threse and trying them I think they might be the ticket!!! I would highly recomend them to anyone that is cleared for any exercise. If you fill stiff whenyou move or do not fill graceful when you move anymore these are the ticket!!!!

My physical therapist works with H.S. athletes on his own time and I am going to make him watch these. My oldest boy is 8 years old and I think he will get more out these DVD's then he will anyother type of exercise!! Coach Sonnon makes yoga almost macho!

Coach Sonnon has them in a bundle for $55 on his site or Amazon has them individualy for $39.99 each.
