Would you replace this filter after only 25 miles/10 hours?

This cabin air filter has like 25 miles and 10 hours of runtime on it, most of which was sitting in Grass resulting in all the stuff being sucked up. would you replace it, or just dump it out and keep using it since it's still very white and not brown.

This car drives like 50 miles a year right now which is why the miles are low, this one was installed back 10 months ago.

Cabin air filters are not mission critical. You're not going to ruin your engine or be left stranded on the side of the road because you have bugs in your cabin air filter. Read your service manual and change it when it specifies. Engine air filter? Engine oil filter? Transmission fluid filters? Yes, change them on time, every time. Everything else is just gravy on the rice.

Tap it.
Reinstall it.
Turn the HVAC system on full without recirculation.
Take a shop air nozzle and blow about the cowl for 5 minutes.
Blow into the louvers from differing angles.
Remove it again and see what you get.

Very few of us can enjoy such an empirical luxury.

Ditto: the filter looks new, at most I would just tap tap tap it on a table upside down and reinstall, that filter looks good for 10,0000-20,000 miles depending on what roads you drive on. I would not recommend using a shop vac or compressed air on any air filter, you can ruin it and not realize what damage was done (microscopically). If you're that concerned just replace it (but again, the filter above looks almost new).
