What ruins it is the argentinians needing referee crutches for two games straight in order to win.
As for diving for a foul - let those who have not sinned cast the first stone. The argentinians won't be it.

It's not about casting stones, it doesn't belong in the game and has soured it for many around the world that might've been interested in the game otherwise including myself. I can't use the language I'd like to use to decribe how I feel about grown men throwing themselves in the air like they've been shot in an effort to get a baseless call. Ruins the game for me...

FIFA must have an unwritten rule that if an opponent touches an opposing player the opposing player must grimace, grab their shin or ankle, then fall down and whine.
