There used to be a few Brazilian places with TVs nearby that would host a lot of Brazil supporters. One was a Brazilian pizza place.
We have relatives in the Bay Area, the times we've been out there, I have noticed that there aren't as many Brazilian places as in Texas/Florida. We did find a cafe/padaria in Oakland that we liked that's up on the hill, not in the ghetto part of Oakland, but that's really only somewhere that we would want to go if we were flying out of OAK, it's far from my relatives.
Of course they have the chain places like Fogo De Chao like most cities, but not so many independent places.

Yes, you are right. The elimination phase is not a joke and Bosnia & Herzegovina is the first Euro team the USA meets. The first on is not strong team though.
However, I watched 1-2 games of the USA team and they stand very well as a team. Plus, USA are hosts and got that extra boost, including the spectators' support. It matters a lot to play as a host vs guest. But what I'm trying to say—USA will give everything because are hosts and that doesn't happen often.
