My brother in law shot a squirrel 
in the backyard back in Wyoming. In the city limits a lil old lady was feeding them and then they would go jump the fence and break the heads off their custom water sprinkler system they use to water plants and vegetables. Only a misdemeanor as it is against the law to feed the animals.
