Wood selection for interior project

Cherry is one of my absolute favorite hardwoods to woodwork with. Love a good bird's eye maple and burled walnut too. I am fortunate to have a hardwoods speciality millwork shop nearby and can access all kinds of nice stuff.

Also unlike more exotic species the online hardwood places will have sales on cherry

So base stain is Minwax and topcoat is GF poly?

It will be. I stained them. Have not done poly. Waiting till it's my day off and is free of he chance of rain. The doors have to come out and apart to stain and poly. Wil have to start early so it has time to dry before putting them back in that evening.
