Wix failure

My dad used them his entire life. I also used many. I wouldn't use them now, but back in the day they were pretty good for a cheap filter.

The fact is, any oil filter is going to do the job most of the time. The fact is, any filter brand can have failures.

I quit using Frams decades ago because they cost too much for what you got and there were better filters, or at least as good, for less money.
