No problem, remediated this for my org today. Disabled print spooler service via GPO to all non print servers, and applied the July rollup patch. We haven't had bsod's on my client pc's, but we don't have ESET endpoint either.

For a single home computer I wouldn't worry too much about this one, just apply patches as normal as MS releases them.

somehow the patch corrupted the boot.bcd of a win 7 computer for a family friend and he got a no hard drive black screen of death.

system restore from the repair CD fixed it.
