windows update still serve out for xp ?

does end of life also mean windows update will not work for xp?

if i build a new xp system tomorrow using a xp sp3 cd, then go to update.windows.com will i still be able to get all the xp updates till today?

I'm going to guess that it will either do nothing or updated the system up to the end of the updates for a while.

It's still working tonight, just slowly.

MS, at least with the other versions, still kept the update site running for a while after support ended.

The actual released updates will still be available for download
Say you do a clean install, Windowss Update will still download updates, It's just that the latest update for it to download and install was made today. You'll still be able to get what's been made, But nothing new will be made.
