You probably already have but make sure you have checked all of your fuses... If they are all ok:
I would do all my research for parts for the Vibe / Toyota Matrix and order what you need and try to find a clean way to take the panelling off with plastic tools. Have the stuff that they seal the door panel from water to reseal the door after, and see what clips you need if any break. Get a few extra, some will break.
Try your best to take the panel off slowly as wires will be hooked up with a connector, If you can find ANY related DIY in Haynes books, or online videos for Pontiac, GM, Chevy, and Toyota, Lexus... Just to have a feel for what to expect will help a lot.
Then make sure you have a multimeter to test your wiring.
I have never replaced a power window motor, but this is how I would go about it. If the window is shut and not causing trouble right now I'd prep and order parts. This stuff is a lot of fun to do and saves a lot of money.
