2002 Honda Accord driver side rear window inop...

I purchased this car recently to replace my 2000 Honda Accord. The driver side rear window was inop upon taking possession of the car. The panel was removed and the window regulator and other parts had been tampered with. The window was/is a couple inches down. So, instead of rebuilding the guts of the door, I removed the door and replaced it with the serviceable driver side rear door from my 2000 Accord (the window and everything else works on this door). However, upon installation, the window does not go up or down with the driver switch on the door switch. When the switch panel is installed, it makes this sound-see video.

Possibly the body control module? I'm going to TS it a little more now. Thanks in advance!

Thank you, I rewired the door switch and its working now.
