Off topic question.... what other lubricants "re-moisturize rubber"? I've read internet posts where silicone spray rejuvenates rubber too.
 
On "rubber" or polymer bushings, I would use a silicone lube that is suitable for brake caliper slides and rubber boots. Or maybe a silicone dielectric grease. I wouldn't use a spray lubricant that may contain petroleum distillates.
 
Rubber bushing are not lubricated - they flex.
Urethane bushings should be lubed.

Rubber bushings are tighten when the car is on the ground - loaded suspension.
Urethane can be tightened anytime - on the rack or on the ground. If not, they are sticking and faulty.
