Who's making this Kawasaki oil ?

Is this Amalie oil stamp on the bottom of the bottle ? Or is Citgo still making Kawasaki oil ? Thanks in advanced.

I don't think it's Amalie, since it doesn't say AOC on the bottom and the lot code doesn't look like the format I'm used to, here's a bottle of CQ FS 10W30 I have the bottom has AOC stamped in it and the lot code looks a lot different.
