Staying up late before doing night shift helped me build up the same thing. I traveled from FLA to NY in 22 hours easily. Actually first time I took a nap, and it messed me up, so on the way back I did it without naps and it was much easier, plus I stayed up until that night (arrived in the morning).quote:

It was cool also to go from NY to CA in 2 days with 4 hours sleep. But then, I wonder if it is somewhat genetic, because my father has done 3 shifts in a row with only a few hours in between and had no problems feeling tired?
