Who makes Super-tech: is it any good?

i work for walmart as a service manager in the tire lube exspress and the supertech oil (at least on the east coast) was made by pensoil quaker state but is now produced by exxon mobil i.e. the new bottles.

I dont know about Maine but here in my area,ST has been made by WPP for some time now,that is until a few weeks ago.

I e-mailed WPP a while back and they responded and said that they did make the ST.

If the ST is now being made by Exxon/Mobil,it could have something to do with the new SM standards that are coming out.

Many times they will have the shipping boxes on the bottom shelf and they will be marked showing where thay came from.

If you're using SuperTech oil, you're probably just as well off getting Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil DC, Havoline or Chevron when it's on sale for less. I got a case of Havoline for $0.69/quart (with mail-in rebate) my last visit to Checkers.
