Which valvoline ????

I drive 160 miles a day in my Civic so even 10k comes up fast. And since it’s driven gently on the highway I probably could go even longer than 10k.
Wow. I can't imagine. I drive 60 miles sometimes on the weekends for a hobby, and that feels too far!

Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30!

An oil that has been tested here on this site, with a high percentage of skeptical users that have seen great results, and non-user that have heard from others that it is just not marketing, it really works on a very very high percentage of cars/trucks. I still think Valvoline should of pushed the 4 oil change suggestion to 6, for some very problematic cars like Hyundai/Kia's that seem to need more time to see results.

Why wouldn't you want to use an oil that actually does something different then almost any other oil you would choose. All for $30 for a 5 qt jug.
I have a 2017 Sonata 2.4L DI Theta 2 (59K miles) ans a 2021 Seltos 2.0L MFI Nu (79K miles) that are on their 1st & 2nd OCI of Brp 5W30 . Both vehicles had 3,500 to 4,000 miles OCI’s using mostly M1 5W30 EP , so I am hoping to have top cleaning results a little sooner than 6 VRP oil changes . No matter , VRP not only cleans but also is great at preventing wear so I plan to continue using VRP full time at OCI’s <5K miles / 6 months .
