update. the comcast people didn't show up for the 8am-8pm "appointment". in the meantime, i got bill for the "services" already. i kind of knew compact sucked. this exceeded my expectations though. i'm on their customer service chat now. takes 5 minutes for their person to answer each line of communication.
i guess that makes comcast slow, right?
