Which Purge Valve Would You Buy?

Trying to do a repair on my aunt’s 2009 Toyota Camry. It needs a purge valve. OEM is unfortunately not in the budget, so I’m looking at aftermarket options. Which of these from RockAuto would anyone recommend?

It's my understanding that Beck/Arnley doesn't make anything. Instead, they source parts from other manufacturers, and then slap the Beck/Arnley name on the part.

That doesn't necessarily mean that parts bought from Beck/Arnley are bad. But it does mean that you don't know who made the part.

For those old enough to know, Beck/Arnley is to auto parts what Vivitar was to film cameras.

I'd recommend the Beck/Arnley one. Over the years of buying their stuff like this for my old Toyotas and Honda I do not have any complaints. The evap canister and valves I got from them for my old ECHO were Denso brand.

Not the same type of part but I've had very good success with Wells, needed a turn signal switch for 2 separate vehicles and both times OEM parts were in the box. Of course YMMV.

Beck/Arnley is not the same company anymore, was bought out by that wonderful phrase "Private Equity".. Called Heritage Equity Group (search google for it). I'd go with the Wells part, or better yet, have you checked Toyota dealers online for that part? You might find it's about the same price.

EDIT: Nevermind the Toyota part.. Ok I looked up the toyota part, ouch $100 or so

The Holstein part, DO NOT buy that brand, I got some of their stuff for the Civic, was worse than PURE JUNK!

I'd go with the Wells part and hope RockAuto ships it in good condition..

@zzyzzx excellent find!

was going to post that I'd use the SMP part, because I've had their stuff before and no issues. But found some reviews at big A and less than stellar.. hmm, not sure if those reviews are legit.. so I've edited my post.. I'd probably still recommend SMP though.. @JoeDirt41 can you get a discount on parts where you work? I thought you might work at an auto parts store..

In unknown cases like this, I would go with the SMP or whichever one you listed most closely resembles OEM.
