Which Oil?

Hi...I'm now on the second cleaning phase with Auto-rx...Ford Aerostar with 183k miles 4.0L motor.

I will be using Amsoil Synthetic when I've completed the cleaning cycle. What weight oil do you all recommend?

I live in Florida and drives 30 miles daily highway.

I am in the "clean" phase right now, in three vehicles, and probably will go with Amsoil 15W-40 diesel/marine, in my hot humid location. If I were further north, and drove smaller vehicles, I would probably go with a 0w- or a 5w- oil.

I prefer the dino 5W30's (Such as SuperTech or Chevron) for the cleaning phase and the 10W30's for the rinse phase.

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I will be done with the whole Auto-rx cleaning and rinsing phase soon and would like to know the best weight oil (Amsoil) to use for every day use.
