MTD Yard King snowblower, Tecumseh 5.5 HP 4 cycle
3 years old, not all that much use on it, it doesn't leak or burn any oil

I have a bottle of Mobil 1 0w-40 sitting around, is that Ok?

unsure what is the recommend weight for it

5w30 syn is usually recommended. Any brand will do fine.

Got my snow blower out and got it ready for the season. Icy tonight...

I don't know.

I know mine does well with the 5w30 in all temps that I've used it.

You can try it and see how it runs.

Take care, bill
