You can't go wrong with any of them.
My preference is the wix tho..
If you can, fit a Wix 51036 of PF52 Delco on, same filter, only a couple inches longer.

The way the 2.2 is setup in the S10, I do not believe that is possible.

yeah with the smaller filter its still a tight fit I would be afraid of smashing the longer filter against the frame when the engine torques

Wix is probably a bit better overall, but usually AC Delcos can be had for really cheap at Wally World. In this app, they are all excellent choices. Kind of like you oil post question

ive recently cut open both a delco and a wix, the pf47 and 51040 in fact, and from what i saw, i would definetely choose the wix
