I'm driving a Mazda 323 1.6 Auto. Manual specs for M-V for my auto trans.

In my area, i can only get hold of Redline D4, Amsoil Synthetic Universal ATF, and Schaeffers 204SAT

cost of redline and amsoil are the same, with schaeffers about 3 bucks per quart cheaper.

Which should I use? I intend to do a flush.

Thanks

well.. the main reason for not picking Mobil 1 ATF is because its insanely expensive from my avaliable sources, and M-V approved hasn't reached my shores yet

In that case, Schaeffer's is your best bang for the buck.

Amsoil would be my second choice, but its hard to beat Schaeffer's.

And I didn't realize that you were in Singapore.

If it's the last 2 generations of 323, I would recommend a flush and refill with the cheapest ATF possible (sync is what you want?)

I got Walmart here and for that I would resort to using SuperTech/tech2000 full synthetic ATF which is Dexron/Mercon III or IV approved.
