Check out a local car audio store - the biggest thing is getting the right immobilizer/body interface(it can be from iDatalink/Fortin/DEI's own Xpresskit) and tying it into the car's CAN(or other protocol) bus. DEI doesn't want DIYers installing their stuff, but some shops ignore that. The newer DEI and iDatalink/Fortin have T-harnesses that will simplify the install but you still need to tap into the CAN and immobilizer data lines.
You can order off Crutchfield or Sonic Electronix, but you'll be on your own programming the interface.
