Where to buy CHEVRON DELO 400 SYN 0W-30?

It took me the better part of a decade to find these guys but here's a Chevron dealer in Western Mass (across the border from me).

I'm working on getting a case of Delo 400 0W-30 for this coming winter.

Old specs showed HTHS of 3.51. Does anyone know if that's still valid? Is this mostly group IV?

BTW that's the old spec sheet -- note the API SH. New stuff is API SL I believe.
