I have 2 high mileage vehicles(05 Tacoma 4.0 @120k & 07 Highlander 2.4 @150k). No oil leaks or consumption with 5k oci of M1 Super. Should I switch to a high mileage formula?

All depends on when you want to switch. I'll probably never use one.

I don't know of a single oil manufacturer that mentions "seal swellers" anywhere. Plenty use "seal conditioners", some of which even recommend they are fine for use in a brand new car.
I do agree the 75k thing is just marketing though. Most here probably don't consider 100k all that high of mileage any more.

Our 2008 Liberty with 80k on it will get Maxlife Nextgen 5w-20 next time.
Before that, It was regular Green bottle nextgen 5w-20.
Also Our 2003 Ford Ranger 4.0 runs Maxlife Nextgen 5w30 with 170k on it.
Neither Truck uses any oil worth mentioning with no leaks.

I've switched back and forth between regular conventional and high mileage oils several times over the last few years in a couple of different vehicles. I purchase whatever brand name is on sale when I'm ready to change, and I don't care if it's high mileage or not.
None of the vehicles that have been switched back and forth have any consumption issues (or any other issues for that matter).
Trust me, I won't take your word for it, nor will I take the word of some YouTube nonsense.

What's M1 Super? Is it Mobil 1 or Mobil Super 5000? Whatever it is, if you have no consumption issues, I'd keep doing what you're doing. Switch to a High Mileage oil when you need to.

What's M1 Super? Is it Mobil 1 or Mobil Super 5000? Whatever it is, if you have no consumption issues, I'd keep doing what you're doing. Switch to a High Mileage oil when you need to.
High Mileage oil won't hurt anything, in fact if you want Valvoline in a syn blend-Maxlife is the way to get it (no more Durablend).
I've debated this with myself before. I ended up switching our 04 at about 100k, and just switched my 06 this change. I see it as a preventative measure. Give it the extra seal conditioners before they start to leak, plus the extra detergents etc. It's all how you look at it.

+1, I'd run it for at least one OCI then go back to your regular brew if you want. When I noticed the Accord consumed a quart of oil I topped off with MaxLife and never noticed anymore consumption after 40k miles. Which is when I sold it.
