Johnny,
Most of the time M1 filters, but have used Pure One on occasion.

The wife's '06 Civic OLM runs about 6-6.5K. The Camaro has a bypass filter and gets a filter change every 2.5K or so and a full filter change about every two years.

6500-7500 miles with GC and name brand filter. Usually around 10% on the OLM before I start getting the shakes and have to change the oil.

I didnt know Gary Allan made Wix filters.

2006 Ford Explorer 4.6 v8- Conventinal 5w20 6 months/5k miles. Or if the OLM tells me first
2008 Jeep Wrangler 3.8 v6 conventional 5w20 6 month 5k or whenever the OLM tells me.
2005 Fleet work truck Ford F150 5.5 v8 5w20 4k(due to desert and mountain off pavement use.)

Once a year in the Triumph in late October / early November. It can have anywhere from 500 to 5,000 miles on the oil by that time. I have a small stockpile of K&N HP-2004 oil filters and usually fill with Formula Shell or similar conventional 20w-50. This car sees mostly leisurely drives and road trips... but it gets put through its paces if there's a decent run of twisties.

6,500 miles on the Honda since that's the usual maintenance minder interval for me. It really likes thin oil, but I've started to mix 0w-20 with 0w-30 to get something in the neighborhood of 10 cSt @ 100°C. I'll use up my stock of M1-110s and then take another look at what's out there.

The Tacoma gets PP 5w-30 and a PureOne oil filter every 5,000 miles. It was abused in its early life but seems to have escaped unscathed.

5000-7500 on the Jeep using Valvoline Synpower or Durablend

3000-5000 on the Galant using Valvoline Conventional

3000-5000 on the Stratus using Valvoline Conventional

All with Purolator filters.

8-9k miles on different conventional 5W-30's. Have an 8k UOA of re-branded FS 5W-30 (Motomaster Formula 1) coming in the next few days.

Right now, mine is every 7500 miles with 5W30 or 10W30 Formula Shell conventional oil on the Toyota van and the Saturn.

What's yours?

What year is your Toyota van?? Better watch out for sludging.

Looking forward to seeing that UOA. I don't have the guts to push conventional that far, heck I don't push my PP that far

/ME -> Subaru Forester -> 6000 - 7500 miles with PP 5w30 and Toyo Roki black subie filter. Last UOA was done around 4500 miles and I could have done double the mileage according to the state of the oil. So next change is going to be around 6000 miles and will take it to 7500 assuming the report speaks nice to me

every 3,000 miles on fleet driven Blazer &
every 7,500 miles on Honda Odyssey with Maxlife Blend & filters below.

I have always changed every 20K miles, using Mobil 1 0W20. Two vehicles (including one doing severe towing duty) past 250 k miles, one commuter (1987 Escort) past 300K, none with any signs of engine wear. This Escort has now been retired, due to heater problems. The heater could not outrun the holes in the body!

Now doing 5 K changes on new Toyota Sienna to keep the warranty alive.

'02 530i: Once a year or every 7.5k miles, whichever comes first, GC 0w-30
'01 Jetta 2.0: Once a year or every 10k miles, whichever comes first, Rotella T 5w-40.

The 302's get 12,000Km.
The 5.4L in the Expedition was changed at 10,000Km, might run the TDT out to 12,000Km given its starting TBN is 12.......

My OCI is similiar; 5-6K miles or every 3-4 months. I DIY and use synthetics with OEM filter.
