My local ARCO station is up to $3.29 for regular unleaded as of yesterday.

Read that in parts of the midwest, Denver areas, and west that they are having a shortage of gasoline!

Seems demand is increasing even with higher prices?

Even with higher prices the US is still using more gas than it did this time Last year.Demand is up year on year.So much for energy initiatives.

Just paid $1.17 (Canadian) per litre up here. And that's the cheapest game in town. Most stations selling $1.21-1.25.

Up to $3.09 here for reg unleaded.

Filled up Wednesday @ the same station for $2.94 a gallon. So in 2 days it went up 15 cents.

Still, going to work @ 70 mph EVERYONE passed me up so I guess gas is still cheap.

$2.75/gal on thursday... now up to $2.81...

people still drive like tools... either theyre too stupid to understand the slightest thing about physics (likely), or they just don't care (also likely).

Ive been driving my 04 saab 9-3 lately, instead of my 91 318i, and Ive been returning >30 MPG in mostly sity but overall mixed driving (33% highway, 66% moving ciy driving). The BMW returns only 27 at best in these conditions, so its a little bit of a help...

I drove past a Mobil station on Wednesday and I wished I had my camera. Reg. was $3.299 only they put a decimal point between the 2 and the first 9 so it looked like 32.99. I came back the next day with my camera. The decimal point was removed and the price was $3.499!

There are such Ding-a-Ling drivers here in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) !!

Some morons slow down before a hill, which when you come up behind them makes you slow down , then you gotta waste gas to get going to make it up the hill.

Stupid drivers here around the Twin Cities - if ya drove through or lived here, you'd know what I mean....

look for gas to drop over next month and diesel to rise as summer changeover occurs at refineries....JP4 demand jumps cutting into diesel production just as diesel demands are climbing for summer

Well, it's a month later, I've looked, and I haven't seen. . . It's still going up! Of course, I drive a Prius, so I still almost don't care.

That's so right. I was out earlier doing the usual weekend Home Depot, Walgreens, etc sort of trip. On at least a half dozen occasions when I had the audacity to get off the gas and start coasting when the light ahead had turned yellow, I had some tool trying to drive over me. It's not as if he had any chance of getting anywhere any sooner -- the light was red fer cryin' out loud. . .

We had Derby horse race today in Louisville.
Went for a ride with my bike and saw $3.50 for V-Power. Ouch!

You guys on the east coast are living right, out here its $3.30 for 87 at arco and $3.40 at 76. At the begining of April, it was around $3.00. I've been hoping that things will stabilize, but it seems like the price goes up at least three times a week!

What I do is accelerate briskly and get up to speed, then when I'm 1/2 way between red lights, I just coast the rest of the way. I just don't see the point in keeping the foot on the gas pedal and then slamming on the brakes the last 10 feet before the red light, but all the whackos out here do it.
