What's this 2017 SS worth (locked engine)

So are you saying you would actually pay $30K for that car with a blown engine and it meets your criteria? Or even $25K? I wouldn't since you can buy really nice ZL1 Camaro's for $45K with the factory supercharger. The SS and G8 are really not that popular except for the buyers that want a low priced 4 door sedan. The people with deeper pockets go for the Camaros and Corvettes.

If the vehicle was an Arizona vehicle, never in an accident, interior not smelling like marijuana/ cigarette , I would pay $12k cash in a heartbeat (assuming I could get the title at time of tranmissionaction).

Would love this as a project car, knowing more likely than not every u-joint is shot, rear end shot, tranmission shot, suspension shot. Key is never in an accident, Arizona car its entire life, and no marijuana. If it can pass that and $12k USD in cash works, I am a buyer.

One of the photos tell a story very different than what the seller is stating, which suggest the seller knows precisely what he is selling and who the seller is targeting as a buyer.

I think it is very unlikely this vehicle doesn't reek deeply of marijuana.

I would love to own a Holden sedan, one of my dreams.
 
It's worth 30 grand with a good smooth well maintained engine and transmission and no issues elsewhere.

They want 30 grand for this pile of scrap? They're smoking rocks. Ask them to sell you that instead of this thing, clearly it's better.
 
Missing the foam thing and plastic over the radiator/ condenser? Missing the plastic thing over the valve covers?

No, that's not it. One of the pictures suggest the knowledge/ business the seller is actually engaged in.
