I am grilling some chicken tonight. Lemon pepper ang garlic salt with black cracked pepper. Zuchini and corn on the cob. Tomorrow we are having baby back ribs with some corn on the cob and rice pilaf.

Whatever the old lady tells me to. I'm sure it will consist of steaks marinated in Peter Luger's. She came home last night with these hot dogs made with no nitrates. They were delicious. If anyone's interested in the name, say so, I'll post it tomorrow. I have to go home and look at the package.

Grill on top of houseboat's gonna be buisy this weekend!!! Got steak, ribs, chicken, shrimp (prawn for those who only speak Aussie) pork tenderloin, and might even do a few burgers. wife allways handles veggies, may be a suprise but allways good.

And some veggies, like maybe asparagus.
And some large Idaho potatos wrapped in foil.

i got the country ribs in the fridge right now and also picked up some asparagas and a head of cabbage to do up some slaw. oh yeah got some nice looking mushrooms too, dont know what im gonna do with em yet.

Looks like Salmon for me on Saturday (on a cedar plank with Potlatch Seasoning - good stuff).

Looks like the wife is set on tri-tip for Memorial Day. I won't complain about that. Maybe a little Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce to go along with it.

Easy carve Saltbush Lamb from the good folks at Bundawarrah Free Range Pork who are now doing Lamb. Pity those in NA will not get the chance to try Saltbush Lamb, it's sweet.

BTW – the ribs were delicious, I mean spectacular. Dry rub of secret herbs and spices. Slow cooked for many, many hours. Hickory smoke. Then slathered with a zesty sauce blend. Cooked on high heat for just a minute or 4 on each side. Dang. Really meaty and tender and juicy. Big ol rack, too. Got some for lunch today baby!
