What's a good buffer/polisher?

Well the toy seems to work!!!!

And he seems to be happy with it. Maybe you should come down to the real world once in a while and see what the rest of us use. Not everyone needs Snap-On or Portable-Cable, I can even tell time without a Rolex.

them toys do nothing for a buff job fixing/correcting paint there for applying wax is about all there capable of doing OK.(thats what i started with and what a joke).

PC's get the job done and done right,there prices are reasonable right now and hey could even make some of your $$ back doing friends and families cars. but hey if one wants to waist time materials and $$ buying them cheap pads that don't last more them one job go for it.
 
Round these parts, anyone who is even remotely competent is getting $300-500 to detail a car...a few hundred more if they're doing any paint swirl/scratch correction.

It's actually not very difficult work if you've got the proper tools and products for the job.
