I thought it might be fun to see what everyone is making for tomorrow's dinner. I see we so far have one vote for prime rib and one for fried turkey, both of which sound very good. We are having leg of lamb with asparagus and risotto. A simple to make meal that should be very good.

Christmas day menu is cornish hens with pomegranate molasses sauce, wild rice, green beans with almonds. flour less chocolate torte with berries and cream. That is what someone I know is cooking. I suggested that to my daughter (where I am going for Christmas) and she said I hope you are joking. She did ask if there was anything special I wanted for Christmas dinner!!

Apple Smoked BBQ turkey with a cajun rub on it. 3 different BBQ sauces to go with it. a mustard kind, mayo kind, and vinegar kind.
