What would be in your dream garage?

^^^ This was at Richard Pettys garage/museum a couple of years ago.

It must be strange around NC since I heard they finally shut down the Petty Garage etc....? I guess Kyle has his own irons in the fire and the loss of the grandson driving must have really put a lot of the racing fire out in the family? I really don't know. I do enjoy seeing Kyle on the tv shows he turn up on once in a while. He is a good story teller too.

Kyle and Richard Petty visited the Canadian side of Niagara Falls one day this summer and I didn’t even know they were there! I was there that entire day doing tours. That would have been cool to have met them!

(y) Absolutely STUNNING! It is often very easy for me (addicted to all brands American muscle machines) to overlook many automobile works of art IMHO (many of which are blinding FAST with luxury too) from across the pond. What year is this beauty? All I can think of is WoW!
I think 1968 or 1969. Why? The headlights are covered. Later years had uncovered headlights.

(y) I just find it to be a very fine looking machine. It just intrigued me. Mostly because I am usually very good at quickly identifying most any car I see in person or in photos. It just surprised me I was not familiar with that beauty.

The car's basic shape was drawn on a napkin during a meal with Enzo, Battisto Farina and a designer from Pininfarina.

:love:Somehow I knew that your grandad's Thunderbird was gonna be on any list you made.

I did not know you knew about the McClaren's too. (y) I should have since I know you like Fords. I recall when they tried to stir up Mustang interest again during the dismal car years with the limited run of of their 1980 Ford/McClaren S.V.O. Turbo-Mustangs. It was so bad back then , still many people were willing to pay over $20,000 to $25,000 for a Mustang that put out only about 210hp even with the turbo.

I'm a bit weird. The first thing that popped in my head was a fully restored, *mint* version of my current 2003 Honda Civic EX. I've driven the thing since I bought it new. It's like an old friend and I'd love to see her fully restored to her brand-new glory.
I'm even weirder. I wouldn't say it would be in my "dream garage" but I have a weird thing for old Camry's and Lexus ES 330's when they're well kept. The old boxy Accords are pretty cool looking too.

I guess we all need a Chevette like in this video short...... but those tires ain't gonna make it.

Toyota Camry.

Just kidding , I love my wife’s friend’s 2005 Ford GT wife gets to occasionally drive. I’d love that in garage.
