In my corporate aviation career working for a billionaire, I had the pleasure of driving many exotic and super fast or ultra luxurious cars.
I am a fast car guy, not luxury. However, there comes a point where there is enough power. About 600HP for a RWD car, and about 1000HP for an AWD exotic or electric. At this level, the car MUST be fun, stupidly fun. And sadly, that is where so many exotics fall short. Many have numb steering, excessive tramlining, or in the case of the Enzo, include delayed responses.
Favorites in no particular order:
McLaren F1, La Ferrari FXXK, Enzo, AC Cobra
Me driving the Enzo, chasing the F1 on the day my boss purchased both. Also of note, Jimmy Page was there that day and I spent 30 minutes chatting with him, cars n stuff.
Absolute favorite of all time, nothing more than a High Testosterone go-kart: The McLaren M6b racecar. 1400 pounds, 650HP, riveted sheet metal like an airplane, and Whoo-Hooo fun.
In the end, I actually own a car that I really love and find incredibly fun:

Missed out on this a few years ago, but this would also do nicely.
To make it easy, Jay Leno could just leave his collection to me. It runs a wide gamut and covers a lot of what I'd want, with the exception of race cars.
With respect to the latter, Zak Brown's collection is also varied, but I'd also throw a Pug 908 and Audi Rs in with than the Jags and 962. Cars with competition pedigrees, not something like an FXX.
Day to day, I'd have both a 2002 and GTV as classics. Their values are up, but not enough to make me afraid to drive them.

There are too many to list, although one model stands out. While not exceptional by today’s standards, it was competitive for its era. I like its styling. I should’ve bought one instead of the Ram. The Ferrari is probably more reliable

1996 Dodge Viper GTS blue with white stripes. The Viper has always been my dream car and I like the first Gen best.i guess at this point in my life I could probably buy the viper once kids are out of daycare lol.
