What was the first straight weight oil you bought?

When I owned my semi truck in the middle 1970s the Cummins engine used straight 30.

70's pretty sure it was Citgo 30 bought at tractor supply for my go kart.

Valvoline conventional was always on sale at Bomgaars, Pennzoil conventional sometimes until one of my friends brother told me not to use it because it had wax in it

LOL that was the old 30/40's, I recall my dad leaving some QS 40 outside during the winter, you could literally see the frozen wax clumps in the oil when he tried to pour it out. (1980s)

The new SN approved straight weights would probably pass a 20W or 25W test easily, the oil I am using has a pour point of -30C

I'm only in my 20s, so I think when I was like 16 I bought some Accel brand straight 30 Non-detergent oil and mixed it with some paint thinner to apply it to bike chains. then maybe a few years later I bought a quart of supertech straight 30 to put in my mom's lawn mower in 2014, I think those were the only two times I bought straight 30.
