1973 Buick Lesabre w/350 Buick 2bbl (could stand on the hood and I'm over 200lbs.)

1977 Buick Regal w/350 Buick 2bbl and TH400 tranny.

1976 Pontiac Lemans with 260 in3 V8 and a whopping 110HP. (No, it isn't in the torque; that was not there either)

Greatest car: 1984 Impala built in TGWN. $2500 bucks and ran up 140K addition miles with ONE UNSCHEDULED REPAIR. 24MPG Sold it @ 218K miles

1961 Morris Minor. Hardly any c.i. (or compression)
1965 Hillman Imp. Even fewer c.i.
1974 I refuse to answer, too much pain attached.....

P.B.

'69 Datsun 510 4-door with automatic...give to my sister in '71 when I got drafted.

'73 Datsun 610 4-door with automatic...a real bad luck car...had 4 hit and runs against it in a 3 week period...sold as junk in '79.

Rode a motorcycle from '79 to '84.

'84 Mazda B2000 pickup truck....everything was lacking in being used as a PU. Traded in '89 for '89 Honda Civic hatchback. Loved that car until a tree fell on it in '02

I've owned about 23 since 1985 when I got my driver's license.

1st one was a 1975 Ford LTD with 400 cubic inch engine. You could actually see the gas guauge move when you drove this beast.

2nd one was the exact opposite of the Ford LTD. It was a 1984 Renault Alliance 5 speed with 1.4L engine. The 52 HP was plenty enough for me and the 45 mpg was nice.

3rd one was a 1988 Nissan Stanza 5 speed. The 2.0L was a little anemic but was bullet proof and the definition of reliable.

I'm on my third right now. But here's my list

1st: 1984 Buick Electra Station Wagon led sled w/ 350 engine

2nd & favorite: 1991 Ford F150 XLT, 4x4, 300 I6 FI

3rd & current: 1998 Ford Ranger XLT, 2.5L 4cyl auto, 2wd op

Let's see:

1st: 1985 Chevy Celebrity Europort - 2 dr. w/ V6
(I totalled the Eurosport in front of my now-inlaw's home when I was 19! Only wreck I've ever had.)

2nd: 1979 Pontiac Bonneville This was a NICE car...only had 75k on it and it was quite a BOAT but a smooth ride!

3rd: 1988 S10 Tahoe- 4.3L, Auto, long bed

Between my wife and I, we've had 9 cars since then.....but I've discovered the error in my ways!
