Holy snikes....! I leave for a few days and you guys have reaaly got a debate going. Soooo...will the silicate levels in the G05 be good with the seals in the Vette? Or....?? SR PS. I never imagined there was so much I didn't know avout automotive fluids.....thanks for everyones input to help clarify my understanding.

G-05 has low levels of silicate, so it should be fine for your water pump seal. You have seen all the arguments for and against Dexcool, now you will have to make up your own mind. Dexcool, G-05, Peak Global --any of them will work well in your engine.
