What to use for cleaning up?

Had a spill in the oven and the sauce/juice burn up into an epoxy and tar. Well, the tar is easy to clean but the epoxy is hard. Tried undiluted simple green and dish soap (Palmolive) and doesn't seems to clean that well.

Thinking about something strong, like PB Blaster, but not sure if it is a good idea. What "oven cleaner" do you recommend?

I would try something that is in an aerosol can and foams up. I can't recall the name of it.

Oven cleaner ,use a name brand .it is nasty stuff so follow instructions
