Wild guess: a Chinese oil filter.
I recognize that brand and box from my old shop for the air compressors...that is what we got for them....ordered from the air compressor company....
i know the TVI filters in the background are chinese. probably the same thing.
prolly a cheap generic Fram knock off. but question is - how worse can it acctually be?
If they are knocking off FRAM how good can it be and do you REALLY want to know how much worse it can get. Lead Paint, and who knows what corners they would cut!!!
well the number corresponds to Fram extra guard PH7317 oil filter for my car. also there is a SuperTech PH7317
The TVI filter looks familar to me. Only its a fuel filter in my case.
