I have Valvoline SYnpower In 5W30 or 10W30 and 20W50 I think and I have PP in 5W30 and VP Raceing in 5W30. I am going to change my oil once I change the O2 sensor since it has been bad for a while and I can smell quite a bit of fuel in my oil.

20w50 with a bottle of STP just in time for winter

Any idea what the clearances might be for the bearings, albeit when new?

Part of me thinks "leap of faith," but then again I know not what one's climate is to be like over this OCI.

Take care. :0

I would like to see a run of 75w90 gear oil, any type will do. Not feasible, but I would like to see it, and you asked.

Use the 5w30s from oldest to new - then the remaining 10w30 afterwards.

The rest you can sell at the "For Sale Forum" here at BITOG. I believe you live in or near Michigan - so the thick oils are not recommended.

IIRC you are in the Thumb of Michigan, so it gets pretty cold in winter with extended periods of sub zero F overnights. I would go 5w30 for this winter. If you garage it, can go 10w30. Come summer, beef up that 30 weight with a quart or so of the 20w50 mixed in.

BTW, I came into this thread thinking it was in the wrong forum and was asking what kind of features we'd like to see in the future Camry. Well, I am a pickup truck guy and a rear wheel drive guy, so just for the fun of it, I'd like to see a Ranchero style rear wheel drive Camry.

TallPaul, I am with you in this request for a modern day Ranchero. How about an Impreza coupe with a functional bed. They could bring back "the Brat". They already have a four-door Outback edition. Hey I forgot about the Forester. A factory Forester pick-up would be quite useful for safari types.

Yes and besides the Brat there was a VW one I think, and Dodge had one by Mitsubisi (oh I don't know how to spell Mitusbishi). Anyway think those were wrong wheel drive, but at least Ranchero style.
