What kind of Spider is this?!

Be glad it is not a Brown Recluse. That is "a bad little dude" in the words of my boss who spent days in ICU fighting infection from the wound.
I buy little sticky tents on Amazon - gets a few and tells you where they are. They can walk through dried poison...

I'd go with wolf spider, hard to tell in the pic but if the legs were banded/striped I'd definitely call it a wolf spider. For the most part they are pretty much harmless but they can bite if you [censored] them off and it hurts! Worst reaction I've seen though is a headache and maybe a little swelling like a bee sting.

Glad im up north and only see small non poisonous ones... if i want to keep bugs away I will just use a bug zapper thanks lol..

Looks like a small Wolf spider.

The Tarantula's will all be heading to Texas in a few weeks. It's quite a sight. Best avoided if big hairy spiders make you nervous.

All spiders have venom. Not all are especially dangerous to humans but all spiders are poisonous.
