Camaro is now on the perpetual oil change regimen. It's burning more than a quart per 1000 miles, and just getting a filter change every 10k.
The Dodge I have just put into commercial service delivering travel trailers part-time, so I will be doing UOA's to determine changes. Probably 24-30k miles. Always with Fleetguard synthetic filters.
The Civic I use the OLM most of the time at 10-15%. The Versa will probably get 6 month changes at approximately 6000 miles. The Ram gets yearly oil changes that may have 4k tops. Tractor gets yearly along with the riding mower and the Viking.

( Just kidding )
My 99 Tahoe owner manual says 7,500 miles with Dino for non severe type driving and that was with Dino. Just saying
Twice a year OCI, about 8,000 miles of mixed driving per change. I use cheap dino and sometimes throw in a little cheap synthetic. UOA says this is fine and I sometimes skip a filter change. Been doing this for 25 years no problem.
The GDI Hyundai gets it every 5k on a syn-blend and seems to be the sweet spot with it per the UOA. The Ram used to be every 5k, but will probably get 2x a year (spring-fall) since I can't bring myself to do the OLM's 10k OCI's and it will only get probably 8k a year on it now.
I'm only driving 6k miles/yr these days, and Kitacam uses 1qt/2k miles, so I add a quart @ 2k and 4k miles and then change it @ 6k miles....easy-peasy.
Pickup truck, every 6 months, who h is 3k to 4k miles. Due to short tripping. Van, I have do 10k. Probably sticking with 8k here on out. Lots of short tripping also. Will see what the. Ext UOA SYS, though and adjust from there.
