whatever you can find at Costco/sams under their own brand name, great value, looks like and built like my Ducane,

I have a 5 burner ducane (bought by weber), my burners rusted through and weber will not honor the lifetime warranty I bought the ducane for. Weber is over priced stuff,

Ive smoked ohh about 30 plus spiral hams on there, briskets three times, MANY beef ribs racks.. so I use my Weber 22 inch has a smoker/ grill. Been using it 4 yrs now. The top handle popped off a month ago. My step father rigged up a new top and screwed it on. So, it been steady trucking since this repair a month ago.

I do the same with mine works well for that purpose.

My favorite is Weber Propane Grill. Cooking performance, for such a small grill, is exceptional. Its get up to about 300 degrees very quickly, and takes a bit longer to get up to 500-550. But, a 10-15 preheat period will get you there. I cook Costco chicken breasts for about 15 minutes on high and they come out perfectly juicy with a slight crispiness on the edges, which is how my wife likes them. A word of caution, don't dilly-dally when you are flipping your food, since the housing is aluminum instead of cast iron to save weight, it doesn't retain heat as well as a full-size Weber product - one of the trade-offs for a portable grill and not something you can really ding. Flip it quick and shut the grill. I like diamond-pattern grill marks, so I rotate chicken at about 3 or so minutes and flip at about 7 minutes. Once I have started cooking, the temperature still stays between 400-500 even with multiple lid-ups to flip/rotate.
