To me, ricing only applies to Asian cars. Euro or American cars would be in another category.

Ricing is having most of the following:
1. huge spoilers and flashy body kits
2. car is slammed to the ground
3. useless 4" exhaust tips on a 2" exhaust system
4. tires that are too wide for the fenders
5. staggered tire sizes with the rear tires being wider, on a FWD car
6. custom rims
7. suspension mod that causes the car to bounce 2 feet in the air when it drives over a grain of sand
8. tint strip on the front windshield with some company logo

There's a teenager on my street with a riced out Scion. The wheels have unbelievablely high negative camber. It looks ridiculous

It applies to any car or truck on the road, though the trend started with Asian cars, hence the term.

-Quad or dual exhaust on a 4-cylinder car, normally with MASSIVE tips and a sound that resembles a weed whacker.
...etc.

Ricing does not have to be tacky. And tacky mods are not necessarily ricing.

This is the "classic" definition anyways. As defined in the riceboy page.

Honda S2000 has OEM Dual exhaust with a small 4-cylinder engine (2.0 or 2.2 liters), it is Asian car. Is this a ricer ?

IF you go on, and on, and on about how superior it is because of it's engine's hp/liter output, while having to rev it to 9K RPM to get there, then YES IT IS!!.

But I will give you that they do make very good B Stock class autocross car.

No, I did not say anything about it's engine's hp/liter output and its 9k RPM (my '04 is 8k RMP). The car comes stock with a small 4-cylinder engine with dual exhaust, by OVERKILL's definition it's a ricer. The same for Miata, it has a small 4-cylinder engine with dual exhaust, so it's a ricer too ?

Its not rice if the dual exhaust is stock. Rice would be a second exhaust which upon closer inspection you can see daylight on the other side of because its only 18" of tubing or a muffler hanging from the back bumper. Bonus points for using the Sawzall to make clearance in the rear bumper for the muffler.

Rice would definitely be a second exhaust that you know is fake because the soot stains on the bumper are only above one pipe that is smoking so bad that the smoke is going 30 feet up into the air and making everyone in line at the carwash choke on the fumes.

After spending money for the body kit, in-dash DVD/navigation, rims, and whatever else, he didn't have any money left over for a ring job.

^^^^Of course.
I was only goofing on/busting HTSS, since sooo many actual "ricers" DO rant on and on about hp/liter (and how it makes EVERY import superior to ANY domestic), and point to his car's powerplant as the supreme example.
Even though their (the ricers' that is) rides struggle to get into the 18s in the 1/4 mile on a good day.

ricers are those annoying people who put loud exhausts on their vehicles. it bothers me at night when they drive by while i'm sleeping.

You only quoted the dual exhaust part, neglecting the massive tips part......... OEM exhaust is completely different (and doesn't sound like a weed-whacker) than somebody's jerry-rigged "duals-YO!" concoction on a stock-engined Civic.
