That MPG for the Escape seems exceptionally good.

84 Civic 5-speed manual wagon in sig 37.3mpg over 11 tanks in S.Cal. driven by me, even split between city and highway. If mostly highway then about 39mpg Costco regular gas Techron every oil change.

03 4Runner V8 2WD in sig 19.1 over 5 tanks in S.Cal driven by wife, again an even split city/highway Costco regular gas Techron every oil change.

Both cars use 0w-30 Red Line including RL in running gear and well maintained.

My 2014 Corolla over several thousand miles without a reset was doing 38.5 mpg over the summer. Winter has it at 32.3 mpg.

01 5spd integra with 167k. Window sticker rated it at 25/31

Average mixed since i bought the car at 55k: 32-34mpg

All highway driving: 36-40mpg

7000km in the Forester, about 1/3 highway and 2/3 city, and an average of 9.8l/100km. Looks like 24 US mpg or 29 Canadian mpg.

Since I started tracking the CVLX (only the last 1300 miles) Ive been getting 20MPG. Pretty much all highway.
Dont wanna know what the CVPI is doing. I think its somewhere around 15MPG.

Our 2008 Honda CR-V averages about 24-25 mpg most tanks. It varies some with the weather, but not dramatically. Our 2005 Acura MDX really sucks fuel in the winter, and can average as low as about 16 mpg on a tank, or as high as about 19 mpg in town (on premium, too!). On the road, it returns about 22 mpg.

Over time, our MDX has seemed to lose some fuel economy. When we bought it with 58k miles, it was closer to upper teens all the time in town and 23-25 mpg on the road. Now with 120k miles, it seems to be off 5-10%.

Average in the Regal is about 21-22, with 70% city driving, now on E10 fuel. The brief cool weather brings it down, and then so does the A/C use in the 10-month summer.

The funny thing is that the Regal's normally aspirated 4 gets only a hair better than my previous car. The big Park Avenue with the N/A old-school V-6 for got 20-21 on E0.

I drive the Regal more spiritedly; yeah, that's it. . . .

The Sierra ( 8100 on the odometer) is stuck on 19.5 avg. That's with three 1k plus highway trips included. Not sure on the Frontier. my best guess is between 20 to 21 avg mpg. It does have a tonneau cover on it. Would that help?
