What is up with Kmart?

Easy to see how people in these positions can be less than enthusiastic.


Never do your job too well working for a corporation. They always see things this way.



Learned that lesson while I was in High School
Worked as a stock person in a retail store.
When I was scheduled, I worked by myself.
When the other stock people were working, at least two were scheduled.
Manager told me straight up to my face that because I worked hard and took pride in my work, that they dumped on me. This from a guy that bragged that he only had a seventh grade education and ran a retail store. He was too clueless to realize that the operation reflected his ignorance.
Retail was all the motivation that I needed to earn two college degrees.
