what is hte best paper filter?

ive read so mcuh about how much better paper filters work compare to cotton and oil! what would be the best air filter for best prticle filtration out htier? ive been suing fram filters for years! i have a 1995 plymouth neon SOHC. every 2 years, i change my filter, becuae by htem, its basically black and smudgy as all ****! few months ago i tried frams TRIAD technology filter, supposed ot grab a little more particluate matter. is their a better brand? since fram seems to get a bad rap?

I'd buy primarily based on price. Personally, I think all of them will work just fine, provided you take the time to install them properly. Clean air box thoroughly; wipe with a slightly damp rag; allow to dry; and seat new filter, paying particular attention to edge seal.

AC Delco filters the best.. but there's nothing wrong with FRam paper air filter.. Just there oil filters that has issues

I like Delco too, but for the most part, a paper air filter is a paper air filter.

I use PureOlator air filters. They are oiled from the manufacture and never a problem.

Take a side by side look, and get the one with the most pleats [surface area].
