What have you fixed or replaced on your car (out of warranty)? Future plans?

Replaced the motor oil cooler lines on a 2008 3/4 ton Chevy with GM original oil cooler block and integral lines. They leaked at the side plug in of the metal block that bolts to the engine and slightly at the crimps. All good now.

1999 Oldsmobile Alero 90K miles:
Lower Intake manifold gasket (used the kit for the fix)
Water pump x2
Front brakes
Ignition switch. This is the switch that should have been a recall item, but mine broke.
Cruise control switch
Tail light (cracked and let water in, so I had actual blinker fluid).
Alternator (probably my fault for letting the car sit and cooked the alternator on a discharged battery).
Serpentine belt
Side mirrors (spring loaded and plastic broke)
Reglued on the rear view mirror and one trim piece.
All of the speakers
Window regulators x 5 (maybe 6?), because that's what power windows do.
Front right wheel speed sensor wiring. A lot of people mistakenly replace the wheel bearings on these cars, thinking that's the problem.

Some of the above I attribute more to old age than anything else
