How about some ceramic detailing spray? A coating for your coating.
To freshen things up I use Griot's 3-in-1 ceramic spray, the light green stuff. Works great on all our cars.

I’d avoid using Griot's Garage Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax.
Like you, I applied a couple of layers of Adam’s Ceramic Coating and thought I’d add the 3-in-1 Wax as a final touch. Big mistake! The wax just gets repelled, like spraying water on a well-coated surface.
Before purchasing the Griot's 3-in-1 (1-gallon), I specifically reached out to them, as I had a similar issue with Turtle Wax 53409 Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating. Their response was:
"It's ideal to remove old wax before applying Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax. While it won’t hurt anything if you don’t, properly prepping the surface ensures maximum performance."
But even after carefully following their advice, the wax didn’t work. When I reported my experience, all I got was silence from Griot's Garage.

Which Adam's ceramic coating product did he use? Adam's makes a graphene oxide based detail spray along with a car shampoo for a graphene coated finish and also graphene boost, which sounds like a coating rejuvenator, which might be what you're looking for. My experience with products that have specialized or proprietary chemistry, is to use a product from the same company for compatibility reasons. Mix and match products can give you less than satisfactory results.
You stated you were looking to use 3-in-1 as a topper for the Adams Ceramic Coating and it didn't work. So, you followed Griot's recommendation, you stripped off your layer's of Adam's Ceramic Coating, and the 3-in-1 still didn't work?? Something doesn't add up here. Why even use the Adams if you are going to strip it off to use 3-in-1??

I wasn't looking for 'maximum performance', just as a top-off every few month /
With that way the Griots beaded up there was zero reason to use anything. Whatever was on the car at the time was still in its prime. I don't use Griots 3-in-1 or anything else to top off a coat of something I just put on.
This is our 14 year old Honda Element. It's been parked outside for the last 5 years. 260K miles on it. I spray on Griots 3-in-1 every month or so, just to give it some protection. In this scenario it's worked very well.

Adams and glassparency is the same product line. I use "boost" spray to maintain the coating.
Adams / Glassparency is a very easy product to use but quite frankly the cost of it vs the duration it lasts is not on par.
I just use Turtle Wax Ceramic Spray. It's not a hardcore ceramic product, but it holds up better than regular wax and is a lot easier to apply. I treat it as a detail spray. If the car gets washed, it gets an additional coat and doubles as a benefit of removing any water spots if I missed anything in the drying process. For $15 a bottle its reasonable for how it works. Bugs rinse off without scrubbing and it doesn't leave greasy residue behind like carnauba does to attract dust.
