Yes but they don't provide an air pressure gauge on the hose. I go to America's Tire for air, but only because their inflator machine cuts off at the customer's desired pressure; therefore giving me the exact same pressure for all 4 tires.

The stations here have a guage. Don't know how accurate it may be after getting ran over 3x a day.
Over here they don't put gauges on the hose because people will steal them.
Air is free. You are paying for the service to collect it, compress it, and dispense it.

AAA Bob Sumerel Tire here has it, and my friendly tire guy, Indy mechanic, & customer Rob Miller’s Blue Ash Shell has his on 24/7/365 up in NE Cincinnati, and since it runs off his car wash air compressor, it’s a good one for truck tires. Lots of tasty snacks in his c-store too!
Is that a gas station ? Reason I ask is many of the BP stations are like dual-branded - BP gas (pumps) and the convenience store is Duchess.
The only free air I found is at most Casey stores. Also a Regional chain "big truck" diesel isles 125psi free air.

Here in Lizard Spit, Arizona, all of the Chevron stations offer free air and water.

None here the have all went to automated Air and they want your Creditcard. So my pancake compressor for my Air hammers works just great!
