I was watching Jaws and decided to use Captainquint. For whatever reason, only the "quint" part shows up even though I have to type in "Captain" with it.

"Benzadmiral" because not long before I joined, I was driving a battleship gray Mercedes 420SEL. It was like a land version of the battleship "Bismarck," and I told it where to cruise; thus, "Benzadmiral."

(I thought many times of getting a vanity plate. But "Bismarck" properly spelled wouldn't fit. And "Tirpitz," well, I didn't want people here asking me, "Why'd yuh name yore car 'Tar Pits'?")

When I started on this forum, and earlier in my driving career, I was convinced that oil additives were the answer to getting long healthy life out of an engine, and I used a LOT of them!

That's funny. I call the older large Merc models "Panzerwagen."

While your demeanor didn't bear it out, I was afraid you were suffering from ADD. Good to hear it is not so.

In Europe the E36/5 hatches were officially known as "Compacts." My 318ti's Club Sport package was known as the M Sport Package in the rest of the world.

Mine is rather self-explanatory

That came about when I was 17. I had to hang fascia on a roof 3 feet lower than the main roof so I hung upside down to nail it on.
My dad was watching with the lead from another crew. He proceeds to say "is he ever nuts"
